The format of the time we'll spend together will be dedicated to a historical overview and demonstration of the meditation practiced within Ka'at Ibi. Ka'at Ibi is the original form of meditation that has been practiced for millennia dating back to the earliest "Egyptian" Pharonic era.

Terminology:
  • Ablution - physical and energetic purification done prior to most energetic/meditative activities.
  • Ka'at Ibi - Thinking or assessing the mind and heart. The daily activities include ablution, Zem Zem and the technical (breathing and stretching poses and excercises).
  • Medu -  The Divine originated language often called hieroglyphics.
  • Sacred Space - clean area which Zem Zem and other work is done
  • Zem Zem - This term carries the notion of both activities of ablution and meditation

Some useful facts

Ka'at Ibi comes from the Medu (hieroglyphics) language. Ka'at means "thinking or assessing", and Ibi means "the mind and the heart".
